Powder Coating Dental Equipment

A current project consists of powder coating various assembly components for a premiere dental equipment manufacturer. The final finish requirements are specified by our customer and inspected by our team to make sure it meets or exceeds those requirements. Parts are shipped to one of our facilities where they undergo a six stage pre-treatment process to remove any residual material from the manufacturing process. Once each part is cleaned and dried, it is powder and placed in an oven to cure. Each part is carefully re-packaged to customers’ specifications for transport back to the manufacturer.
