Coating Brake Pads

A recent project required the application of a thermally activated adhesive coating be applied to an automotive brake backing pad for a customer. For our customers’ convenience, a wide variety of backing pads are stored in our warehouse, where they are sorted, sprayed, and delivered “just in time” as needed daily via a continuous batch process. Quality control of all of our work is of utmost importance, and each and every individual part undergoes a complete inspection before leaving our plant.
