Painting Mufflers

An automotive supplier requires their muffler and exhaust pipes be painted with a high temperature protective and decorative finish. Parts arrive at one of our facilities where they are removed from the packaging and placed onto an automated wash line. The parts undergo a six stage washing and drying cycle before they are coated by our team of expert painters. After curing, each part must pass a quality control inspection before being re-packaged for shipping back to the supplier.
